Projects

We have undertaken a large amount of very varied work. We have done commercial and residential work, including new work, renovations, additions and alterations. The estimated construction costs of these projects have varied between $10,000.00 to $30,000,000.00.

We also do work in the areas of problem solving, advice, lecturing/tutoring in building design courses, public consultation and masterplanning.

Additions to and renovations of Office for F. Campbell Solicitor at 71 First Avenue, Mooloolaba. - Finished March, 1995.

Additions to and renovations of Residence at 12 Henderson Street, Camp Hill - Finished Oct. 1995

Renovations to "Johanna's Little Village Cafe" now the "Fish Cafe" at 3 Ballinger Road, Buderim - Finished October, 1995.

Renovations to Residence ¹ at 19 Scrub Road, Coolum - Finished February, 1997.

Masterplan - Dicky Beach Holiday Resort & Design of New Amenities Block ² Finished August, 1997.

Renovations to Unit ‘Gazeaway’ Apartments, Kings Beach – Finished August, 1998.
